When I was a developer I was very aware of companies that tracked my internet behaviour. For my own websites and that of my clients I was looking for a tool that would provide me the analytics I needed, but without giving all my visitors data to a big corporates. That’s why I’ve build Simple Analytics, a very privacy friendly analytics tool.
